Terms & Conditions
1.    All quotations are valid for 28 days.
2.    Financial commitment may be required to secure materials and an installation date, up to 28 days prior to installation commencing and at an agreed amount set by HBH Electrical Limited
3.    Final payment is strictly within 16 days from date of invoice.
4.    All the materials remain the property of HBH Electrical Limited until full settlement of the account, and I reserve the right to remove all materials should the account not be paid in full.
5.    HBH Electrical Limited will not accept responsibility for the failure or unsatisfactory performance of any installation if any other person has made any subsequent alterations to the installation other than those employed by HBH Electrical Limited.
6.    In the event of goods being damaged, destroyed or lost after delivery to you the customer, payment in full for the same will be required.
7.    Standard redecoration exclusion means any cosmetic damage or defacement will not be redecorated unless specifically quoted for.
8.    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms and conditions shall apply to all quotations and orders placed.
9.    Any variations to the work verbally agreed will be accepted as written variations and are therefore bound by the same terms of business
10.    Any objections to the above terms and conditions must be received no later than 3 days before work commences.
